Salem Community Outpost: Free Healthcare for Individuals & Families
Salem Community Outpost is providing free healthcare services for individuals and families. The clinic operates strictly on a walk-in basis from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM on select days, with no appointments required.
Key Program Highlights
- Location: 90 Riverside Dr SE, St. Cloud, MN, 56304.
- Services Offered:
- Nurse Practitioner Clinic Visits: On-site testing (UTIs, pregnancy), basic medical care, illness visits, sports physicals, and resource referrals.
- Nurse Visits: Blood pressure checks, blood sugar checks, stress reduction education, healthy eating habits guidance, and assistance finding resources.
- Schedule Availability (June – August 2026):
- June 2026: Open June 3, 10, 17, and 24 (Both NP & Nurse available on all four dates).
- July 2026: Open July 8, 15, 22, and 29 (Both NP & Nurse available on all four dates).
- August 2026: Open August 5 (Both NP & Nurse available). Open August 12, 19, and 26 (Nurse visits only on these three dates, indicated by a star symbol).
- Partner Organizations: College of Saint Benedict & Saint John’s University, Public Safety Foundation, and Project H.E.A.L.
